We are a 100% volunteer, non-profit community theatre. Volunteers share a vision of creating productions to entertain and enrich audiences of all ages through their collaborative efforts. We are committed to the continued development of the cultural arts within the community. The purpose of the Northern Star Theatre Co. is to stimulate, promote and develop interest in the dramatic arts, to expose our local community to quality live theatre year-round. We produce 6-9 productions a year, involving individuals of all ages.

Red Barn Theatre has been tantalizing summer audiences for nearly 50 years with a delightful offering of musicals, comedies, dramas & mysteries. Set amongst the picturesque towering pines near the historic Red Cedar River, the “Barn” has captured hearts and imagination with the absolute best in summer theatre. For an evening experience you’ll not soon forget, take the short, 2 mile drive north of Rice Lake on Highway 48 to the Red Barn. You’ll be thrilled you did!
