A family oriented facility located at the Northland Pines High School (Door #16). We feature Hammer Strength free weights, fitness equipment & Life Fitness cardio equipment. We offer fitness classes, fitness coaches/trainers, community partnered organized events, adventure alley babysitting & use of the field house track - available for members & non members. Daily, weekly & short term passes are available along with our membership benefits and financial scholarship. WI & Upper MI YMCA-Free.
