We are now closed for the 2012/2013 Winter Season. 2013 dates are: Spring begins on Friday, May 10th, ends on Friday June7th Summer begins on Saturday, June 8th, ends on Friday, August 16th Fall begins on Saturday, August 17th, ends on Monday, October 7th Office is open during normal business hours. We do have an answering machine. When we can not answer your call immediatly, we will return your call as soon as possible. Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation in any Vacation Home or Suite. We must receive your deposit in the form of personal check, travelers check or money order via USPS within seven days of your reservation. We do not accept credit cards. We will confirm your guaranteed reservation. The deposit applies to the last day of a reservation and will not be refunded for any reason in case of check out before expiration of reservation. Cancellations: A minimum ninety day or more notification is required for any cancellations eligible for a deposit refund (minus a 25% service charge). The deposit is not refundable for notification of less than ninety days. Balance Due: Your balance due is required prior to or upon arrival. You may choose to remit your balance due at any time prior to arrival, but is not required. We do not accept any credit cards. Check-In time: 3 p.m. or later Check-Out time: 9 a.m. or earlier Pets are not allowed. We like them, but for sanitary reasons and out of regard for other guests, it is not practical for us to house them. In the calendars below, N = No Vacancy V = Vacancy
