Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to guarantee a reservation in any Vacation Home or Suite. We must receive your deposit in the form of personal check, travelers check or money order via USPS within seven days of your reservation. We do not accept credit cards. We will confirm your guaranteed reservation. The deposit applies to the last day of a reservation and will not be refunded for any reason in case of check out before expiration of reservation.

Cancellations: A minimum ninety day notification is required for any cancellations eligible for a deposit refund (minus a 25% service charge). The deposit is nonrefundable for notification of less than ninety days.

Balance Due: Your balance due is required prior to or upon arrival. You may choose to pre-register and remit your balance due at any time prior to arrival. We do not accept credit cards.

Check-In time: 3 p.m. or later
Check-Out time: 9 a.m. or earlier

Pets are not allowed. We like them, but for sanitary reasons and out of regard for other guests, it is not practical for us to house them.
