Reservations: Your room charges, plus applicable taxes, are charged to your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) 50% deposit upon reservation and the remainder of your balance upon check-in.

Cancellations: We will cancel your reservation, less a $10.00 processing fee per room night, if we are notified twenty-one (21) or more days in advance. If you cancel within twenty-one (21) days, we can refund your deposit, less fee, only if we are able to re-rent your suite and we will make every effort to do so.
Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will use your personal identifiable information to secure your reservation. We will not sell your pesonal identification information to anyone.
