** You are reserving the inn based on the number of people in your party and there is a $15 per person per night over 6 people.

** When reserving for any number of people, you are reserving the entire inn for your stay. This includes your chosen bedroom/s, 1-2 bathrooms, a full guest office with WI-FI, jacuzzi tub room, parlor (with tv/dish/dvr), dining room and entryway.

** Open all year!

** All room rates include a deluxe continental breakfast which may consist of an array of homemade baked goods, fruits, juices, milk, coffee, tea, granola and yogurt. A voucher for a full breakfast at a local restaurant may be available as an alternative to the continental breakfast.

** We are a smoke-free inn with air-conditioning.

** In consideration for our guests, we cannot accommodate pets (service animals permitted).

** Check-in is from 3 PM-6:00 PM (unless other arrangements have been made with the innkeeper).
Check-out by 11:00 AM.

** In keeping with the tranquil atmosphere of an inn, our guest rooms do not have phones. There is a “house” phone available for guest use allowing local and calling card calls.

** A credit card number will be held in case of incidentals or property damage.
