We offer a discount of 10% off nightly rates for stays 5 nights Sun. through Thurs. & weekly Sun. through Sat. nights. A discount of 5% off nightly rates for stays 5 nights or longer for arriving on any other day than a Sunday. On our website see our “Specials” page for other discounts (For our Specials, 5 night & weekly discounts your rate will be adjusted by office staff once submitted & resent to you in your confirmation NOTE: Desired special must be mentioned in “Comment Area” to receive).

Regarding your Search Results after entering your desired dates & clicking on the above menu button:
- If all your requested nights are available a “Make a Reservation” menu button will be to the right of an accommodation type as you scroll down.
- If you see a calendar below an accommodation type instead, either one or more of your nights may not be available, or your number of nights selected are not meeting a minimum number of required nights.

Note: Minimum Stay Requirements:
During the On-Season & Peak-Season a 2 night minimum is required & anything less would be upon availability.
Holiday weekends may require a 3 night minimum.

During our Peak-Season the accommodations listed below with kitchen facilities typically require a minimum number of nights for your reservation. Anything less during this time would depend upon availability.
- The studio style Knotty Pine Kitchenettes: A 5 night reservation
- The full size cottage: A 7 night reservation.
