50% deposit required within 7 days of making reservations. The deposit less a $10.00 handling fee will be refunded only upon notice of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival date. Cancelations less than 14 days will be refunded(less handling fee) only if we are able to re-rent the room. If reservation is changed after arrival date you will be responsible for the original reservation.
