Back in the 1840’s this popular area served as a location for community picnics, political gatherings, huge ox roasts and railroad fund raising rallies. Although it can no longer be reached by a 15 cent canal boat ride from downtown Logan, this area is still a popular location for locals and visitors alike. With a country restaurant, ice cream parlor, miniature golf, lodging, craft mall, antiques, a canoe livery, and a petting zoo, it can be an all-day (and night) destination!
