All our meats are smoked slowly in our smokehouse with Door County cherry wood and our signature dry rub. We feature BBQ beef brisket, ribs, smoked chicken, smoked sausage, brisket chili, specialty sandwiches, Friday night Perch Fry, Lake Michigan Whitefish, daily specials, plus the famous Ruby Burger Special, kid’s menu, homemade mac-n-cheese & more.
